Rental Requirements

All renters must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. A security deposit and valid payment method are required at the time of pickup. Additional age surcharges may apply for renters under 25.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all local traffic laws. Reckless driving, racing, off-road use, and subletting are strictly prohibited. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included. The renter is liable for any damage not covered by the included insurance. Additional coverage options are available at pickup.
